Forgot PS3 Password! Can not log in!?

Hey everyone, today while I logged off my Playstation account, I accidentally marked off the auto-sign in which made me lose the automatic password that I had in before, during the whole Playstation Network being down thing I had changed my password during that time since it was crucial to do that, but now I have forgotten my password. I kept on putting in passwords that I had thought would be suitable that I've used before but that didn't work either.

I tried selecting forgot my password but I kept on getting the error 8071OD36 popping up, and when it wasn't popping up when it told me to validate my e-mail address which the was correct and birth date, it says it was not valid. On my computer, I tried doing forget my password through there but it says the Playstation website for resetting passwords is under site maintenance. I have no clue what to do guys. Can you please help me out?

Itee, had the same problem today.This Worked for me:

Go to this web adress - Qriocity. You can change your password here. https://account.qriocity.com/login.action?request_locale=en_US



It says us but im in UK and it worked anywayy.



Once there, click ‘forgot your password‘, and you’ll be sent a new email from Sony Qriocity after



filling in your current PSN details and your date of birth. This email is surprisingly different to the



standard one that Sony sends on PSN, and following the details on the Qriocity link should bring up



a new server that works.









After this, simply fill in your new password on the screen, head over to PSN and you should be able



to log in with your new password without any problems.

There's a lot of error codes popping up. Leave your PS3 alone for awhile. Then go back and try again. Doesn't work still? Call sony.

I'm not ranked high enough to rate, but I tried the answer to go to https://account.qriocity.com/login.action?request_locale=en_US by Amy Conroy and change it there and it works! Go to the head of the class!

you Have to say retrieve password and put in the Email you used and it will send an email

You have to wait until the website is back up or contact Sony and hope they can help.
