well your are a player at the table with top players from around the world of poker..now you have to know what suits beat what...for example a high pair beats a low pair then a three of a kind beats a pair ,two pairs beats three of a kind ,a staight beats three and two pair///example 3,4,5,6,7, of any suits just as long as its a straight then a flush beats that ....all of the same suit like 5 hearts clubs spades diamonds.a full house is better still ...example 5,5,4,4,4, but the higher the better ...now you bid as you see the cards laid down on the table and if you dont like your hand you can fold anytime or when you see it on your turn...this is all ican explain for now but you will get the hang of it
