I am looking for a link or a website were I can download the PS3 SDK. Anywere were I can download it would be fine, I just need it.

you can't as SDK's are directly sent to the companies or developers who make games, like Square Enix or Electronic Arts. you can't just download one. and it can't be used by one person as the SDK is very large and expanded software for a team of developers

Send an email to Sony and explain why you would like a copy of the SDK. If you have a genuine reason and put forward a good story they might be nice and allow you to have a copy of their SDK
