Steering wheel for PS2 not working! PLEASE help!?

Question

I bought a self steering wheel with pedals yesterday with the game need for speed carbon. Its compatible with Xbox and Ps2, Ive plugged it in but NO response. The red light on the steering wheel is on, but NO response whatsoever, pressed all the buttons, re-plugged it, changed slots, We even thought it was the Ps2, so we changed it, still Nothing! But the normal Ps2 controllers work. so please any suggestion to why its not working and how to get it to work? Will pick best answer! cheers xx

See if there is a switch somewhere for going between PS and Xbox - my Thrustmaster wireless gamepad has one to go between PC/PS.



Make sure it is compatible with the game you are playing - you might have to set it up in the console settings or something.
