Is Fallout 3 as slow or buggy as New Vegas on PS3?

I used to have both games on PC, but long story short I now have them for PS3. I have beaten New Vegas on PS3 and it was very slow and buggy, even with the latest patch. Is Fallout 3 the same way? I have only beaten Fallout 3 on PC.

The Ps3 version of the Fallout 3 GOTY edition has major freezing issues and I believe no patch was ever released for it. Sad. I was interested in getting the Ps3 version last year but because of those issues, I won't. I was interested with the DLC that had you in a UFO shooting aliens.

I heard that GOTY is buggy as hell but with the original game the experience is pretty smooth, I didn't experience near as much lagging and freezing as i did on new vegas

Well, I don't play those games (not an RPG fan)

But I know both of them run on the same engine, so they may have the same bugs. All I can say is try it out for yourself.
