Should I buy a PSP-Go or PS3 Slim?

I have $300 and I want to buy a gaming system. I have a PSP-1000 and a PS2. I cant decide which one to update. Please help. I really want the PSP-go as my psp is beat up. I aslo want the PS3, but it is $300 and its accesories and games are extremely expensive!!!! I AM CONFUSED!!
