PSN Welcome Back Package error please help!?

Question

So the welcome package is now live and after a few tries to get into PS store i managed to open it up and go on the packages' details. When i opened up the free games option, which was the middle out of the 3 i had 6 options in front of me: welcome back package option too claim it (not the PS+) and then the 5 free games. I chose the welcome back option, thinking thats what i had to do to get the games first, but after clicking "get it" i got an error and the another message poped up saying thank you for your purchase. After this I'm not unable to select the free games option and can't download any of the free games because i can't even access it. WTF! What do i do now?!?! i want my free games but can't get to them! should i try calling sony and telling them?

On the XMB, go to:



PlayStation Network > Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List > SCEA Promotions > Game 1 > Select Content

Choose your game from there. You may also have to do the same with Game 2. I had to attempt this several times to get it started.



@Matt: First, you would need to have had a PSN account before April 20. If you did, then you may have trouble currently accessing the Store as so many other people are currently accessing it and it just got put up so it will have hiccups.

Yes i have the same problem i finally got in to ps store and got all the way up to downloading my games but then it just said error code or some thing i got so annoyed i turned off my ps3 to start again but i couldn't find the welcome back package anywhere i did manage to get the 1 month ps plus trial.its not just you with the some problem

Thanks Norark or what ever it is cant see the name as im responding. Listen to Norark or whatever there right, do what they said and there you go. Sony screwed up big time with this they should have released it by region in the US so it dosent have all these buggie problems of to many people trying to download the same thing.. i would have not minded waiting a couple hours longer to get the welcomeback package if they would have released it by region so it wouldnt of been so buggie

I got the same thing.



After getting a lot of errors for trying to get free game one and shut it off because of frustration, I turned it back on and I can't see free game one at all.

I don't know, this happened to me and I'm fed up with Sony, this welcome back gift isn't even worth the stress it's caused me this morning.

WTF i how did you get the welcome back package message or any of that to pop up?

ive been logging on and none of that stuff is coming up?
