Okay, so I've been wanting to play my old PS2 games lately, but since I have a PS3 Slim, it won't let me. I found my PS2 Slim and it's power cable, but not the AV cable, so today I decided to ask my dad to drive me to Gamestop so I can buy one. I thought since the PS2 is pretty old, that the cable would be cheap, instead they gave me a universal cable for both PS2s, Xbox, and Gamecube... -___- so I bought it anyways... The whole thing costed 16.26 cents. But, I thought whatever because now I could play Kingdom Hearts 2 ( My favorite game of ALL TIME even to this day ) well when I got home everything was working until I turn the PS2 on, it works but the PS2 doesn't spin/reads the disk so NOW the problem was that my PS2 is being stupid, and I lost my old memory card LOL. OKAY so the question is CAN I, return tomorrow with FULL refund?
-The thing was new.
-The reciept says ( New accesories ( opened or unopened ) = full refund with 30 days of purchass.
- I barely cutted the plastic around the package, but I cutted the top part off.
- After it didn't work I setted it back EXACTLY how it was when I got it ( except the cut parts )
- I WANT MY MONEY BACK !! -____- I payed for the AV cable I need , AND AV cables for 3 other Sys. I don't even use.
------------------------------------------------
I was just wondering because EVERYTIME I return something at Gamestop, they always have some bull **** excuse to NOT give me what I ******* want, which in this case in a FULL refund. So do you think I can get a full refund if I return this tomorrow? Oh and here is a picture of it and the reciept.

Show them the receit and that it says that, IF its a new item.

But find the ps2 slims disc reader laser, take a cotton swab and dab it in water not to wet just barely damp and rub it on the laser. Wait 20 minutes and start it back and it should read discs. And Ps2 memory cards are cheap at $5-$20

P.S. They screwed you cause ALL gamestops have AV cables for PS2/PS3. The universal cable is $15 and the AV cable is $8 so they said they had none so they could sell you the expensive one. Next time just say "I know what you guys are trying to do, please just give me the normal cable." And to prove they have a cable go to: http://www.gamestop.com/browse/storesearch.aspx?sku=900191

Enter your area code and find your gamestop if it says in stock then you know they have them

Yes you should be able to return it.

By the way, the PS2 and PS3 use the same multi-AV cables so actually the yellow/red/white cable from your PS3 would have worked on your PS2. But if you have a HDTV, buy a (CHEAP!!!!) HDMI cable for your PS3 for HD.

wow your definitely very fortunate they actually took the return....my gamestop on the element to right here wont take any returns new used or regardless of till the sport would not artwork. it is why i ring burn my video games on purpose. LOL you will possibly desire to RING BURN THEM TOO!!!! All you may desire to do is stand your xbox up and rather of putting down like it relatively is (horizontally) placed it down backwards so as that the disc tray may be the different way up. Lol or you will possibly desire to gently step on your xbox to offer it a hoop burn. Then take that **** back and say they have ring burns and you desire your money back/you desire to change. to stay away from this from happening back in simple terms upload me on xbox 360. i comprehend all the stable video games and undesirable video games (i lease/purchase a ton of video games) Gamertag is CANTPLAY4CRAP50----all caps and it relatively is an oxymoron. i'm hoping this helps.

Proboballu not. Ask the empoloyre. Or sell it in eBay. The ps2 is old and lets just say it belongs in the attic. GameStop is a pretty device ing company so I prefer to not but from them. Good luck
