Here are the answers.

Ans1 - There's always a possiblity that there may be problem on a first launch product, but you can be certain that if the problem really affect on the gaming experience, then there must be a solution. And if the problem is really big, then there must be replacement on the product. Anyway, with technology improved these days, chance is much lowered for a product to launch with problem.

Ans2 - Sony has given no information regarding that matter so far

Ans3 - No you can not download previous PS3 games however there is an unconfirmed information spreading around that PS4 will allow some PS3 games to play through Gaikai Cloud software emulation but Sony has not confirmed this and therefore it is not a surety that this feature will be there.

Ans6 - Yes you can carry forward that account.

Ans7 - It is already a slim version if you check it out properly it is made very compact so it would be better for portability in case you want to take it with you on vacations.

Ans8 - Yes controller and mono headset is part of basic package

Ans9 - No Minecraft wont be available on PS4.

Ans10 - It has built in HDD of min 500 GB.

Question 1: I really don't remember anything being horribly buggy about the PS3's release (and I can't find any records online either). Software bugs and HARDWARE bugs are completely different things. The only likely issues will probably be server stress (or a particularly rushed game), with everyone trying to get online all at once on release date. That's really not a "bug", however. But there's always potential for issues with any new launch.

Question 2: Been confirmed that it is region free.

Question 3: No. The PS4 is not backwards compatible. Legacy games via streaming (Gaikai) is planned in the future, but the hardware itself is not BC capable due to an entirely different system architecture.

Question 4: Cross game chat has been confirmed.

Question 5: It enables you to capture a few minutes of gameplay and upload it to a social networking site.

Question 6: PSN accounts are not locked to console - they already work with PS3, PSP and PSV. So yes, your account will be able to be ported over.

Question 7: Virtually ever console ever released has had at least one cost cutting redesign a few years into its life cycle, which is usually in a smaller form factor. Don't know if it will be referred to as the "Slim", but it will almost assuredly exist in a few years.

Question 8: Yes, the system comes with one controller and a headset

Question 9: Yes

Question 10: The initial launch has one model, which has a 500 GB (user replaceable like the PS3) HDD. Other size HDD models will likely occur at some point in the future.

1. Nope I shouldn't be. They are trying to make this the best console launch yet.

2. Nope already confirmed it won't be region locked.

3. Yes but not right away. That feature will be implemented in early 2014.

4. Yes there will be. You don't even need Psn+.

5. It works like a PVR. It records the last 15 minutes of gameplay. Find the video you want, crop it up a little, and press share to send to friends on Psn, Facebook, or twitter.

6. Yes that's already confirmed.

7. Not for at least 2 years yet. It won't be any time soon.

8. Yes it will be!

9. Yes, in early 2014.

10. It will have a 500gb hard drive that you can also replace with 1tb pc hard drive if you wanted to.

Oh and by the way to the other answer, GTFO xbot. Have fun with your over priced cable box that looks like a Betamax. Have fun being watched all the time while you play.

Hope I answered all your questions and concerns! The ps4 will be and already is the best next gen console.

You should look into getting a Xbox One. You won't have to worry about bugs--IGN already speculates the PS4 will have issues upon release. PS4 will be region free BUT users will have to pay for PSN, another reason to get an Xbox One. The PS4 will not be backwards compatible with PS3 (disc or digital) upon release, but has possibility of digital downloads of PS3 games in future. PS4 and Xbox both have announced they might re-release games on their new consoles. PS4 will support cross platform party chat, but again xbox has had this for years now. The share button will allow you to upload to certain social networks though youtube is not one of them. Also will not allow Audio/Video Capture from HDMI. You will be able to sign in with your existing PSN account. You can definitely expect a "slim" version to release in the future, but not for another few years---just look at the history of Playstion (PS1 had slim, PS2 had slim, PS3 had slim, PS4 will most likely have slim). The PS4 will come with the console and one DualShock 4 controller, manuals, a headset, a USB cord for the controller, an HDMI cable, and a power cable. Nice that Sony is including a headset, but unfortunate that it’s wired. There is news that minecraft will be on PS4. The PS4 is a 500 GB system.

1) Pretty likely

2) The did that with all their PS consoles, so I am pretty sure they'll do it. Besides, I think one of the main reasons why they do it is to prevent piracy or something.

3) I would assume they would allow that to happen because I doubt they'll be stupid enough to prevent that from happening because they'll potentially lose thousands of $$$ if they didn't allow that to happen.

4) N/A

5) N/A

6) I'm sure that if the PS4 will have the PSN / PS Store, you'll still be able to use your account from any PS devices capable of connecting into it.

7) I'm sure in about 3 more years they will release a slim version. They did that 4 or so years after the PS2's initial release and about 3 years after the PS3's initial release.

8) Controller, probably. As for headset I rarely ever hear them ever include those things in any of their consoles. Maybe but I doubt it.

9) I'm sure somewhere around the lines they'll release it for the PS4. Hey, they released Plants Vs Zombies & Angry Birds for the PS3 because everybody loves it for some reason. They most likely would release minecraft for the PS4 as it is popular enough.

10) It will be up to them. But I'm sure it'll be at least more than 100GB to start with because we are currently at the technological stage where 20GB that we originally had to start with with the PS3 just isn't enough.
