is there a pc emulator for ps2?

i need a emulator for ps2 that goes on the ps2 not on the computer i really want a xbox emulator for ps2,pc emulator for ps2,n64 emulator for ps2. please not one that goes on the computer but on the ps2

You can't emulate anything on a PS2. However you can do the reverse and emulate PS2 on a PC.

Never mind the basic specs (which are themselves actually much "weaker"), architecturally a PS2's hardware is very different from what you have in your computer. Worse yet console games tend to be designed very specifically around the hardware available to them. This makes what you're asking impossible.
