it would cost you more to fix it then to buy another one. Just buy another ps1 or even a ps2 for a cheap second hand price

send it to sony. but it will cost a fortune probably, best idea is just to buy a new PS2 or PS3. PS2 is best bet its cheaper than the stinkin PS3s 500-600 dollars for a GAME system nuts.
