if you have a regular tv, (standard definition) it will hook up just fine with the RCA cables (red white and yellow plugs). If you have an HDTV, you need an HDMI cable and optical cable to get a true HD experience. you will still get the amazing graphics the ps3 has to offer through a standard definition tv, HDTVs simply enhance the picture (not the graphics).

Regular TVs work. The PS3 comes with standard resolution cables (red, yellow, white RCA cables).

HDTVs just improve the picture a lot. I would think about saving up for one. It's definitley worth it.

Yes your normal T.V will work fine, the only difference is that the graphics would be clearer on a HD TV

HD TV would work best, however PS3 is compatible with just about any television.

It will work with with a standard definition tv, but unless you plan on getting a high definition tv in the future it is a waste of money as it comes with a blu ray player which is only for high definition tv's.

Any television that can have the PS3's video-audio cords is compatible with the PS3.

The regular tele can kind of ruin the experience but any will work as long as it has the red yellow and white inserts.
