Question:
Can I use bluetooth controllers with FIFA 13 on PS3?

When I first got my PS3 I didn't want to pay £30 for a second official PS3 controller, so I paid about £2 fo an adapter from eBay that would allow me to use my PS1 controllers with the PS3 (I skipped PS2). This has worked fantastically with several games, including previous FIFAs, but now FIFA 13 refuses to let me use my wired controllers. As a result I began to look into buying a new wireless controller. Official PS3 controllers are still around £30, but I have found non-official controllers - with good ratings - on both eBay and Amazon. The drawback of these is that they use bluetooth technology - I will have to plug a memory-stick-sized USB device into the PS3 in order to use them.

This brings me to my question. Will FIFA 13 recognise the bluetooth technology and allow me to use the non-official controllers; or will it just assume that they are wired controllers because I plugged something into the PS3? Should I pay the extra money for the official controller or not?
Thanks

(On a side note I really have no clue as to why FIFA 13 wont let me use the PS1 controllers. I accidentally ended up using one in one of the skill games and it was absolutely fine).

Yes it does, I did it myself both on PC and PS3 and it worked like a charm!

Yeah I would also say PS3 and own both, the higher price tag is actually an advantage because there is a more mature group of players and less little kids acting cocky etc. There is also the fact that the PS3 is less likely to break down, whereas most 360 owners are not on there original system.

Hey there,

If you need to download Fifa 14 you can get it here for free: http://bitly.com/1oh84F6

FIFA 14 is a mind blowing football game of this era. The graphics of this football game has a tremendous step up most especially in desktop version, and it is more different to play with this platform.
