How do you use a multitap for play station 2?

Hi, i just got a ps2 and a new multitap on the internet, the directions are in spanish and i have been trying to work it but it doesnt work.
Does anyone know how to use it properly and can you give me step by step directions on how to do it?

Refer to the game manual as the multitap usage can vary from title to title, i.e., some require it to be inserted into slot/port 1 and for others it's 2.



Also, make sure that you have the right multitap for the model of PS2 you have. Slim PS2's cannot use the original multitaps (for the original model of PS2) and vice versa.

I think you just plug your multitap into one of the controller pports on the front and plug the other controllers into the ports onto the multitap

plug the multitap into the controller 1 port. then plug the actual controller into the multitap. most multitaps can also plug in memory cards

you just plug it in port 1 and put your controller in port one on the multitap

there is no position for the third and fourth controller on a ps2.in case you want to apply more suitable than one controller on a ps2 you may want to bypass and purchase a multitap it really is i imagine 20$.
