We've had the Guitar Hero II game for PS2 for maybe about two or three months now. Everything was going great until a few days ago when my sister put in the disc to try playing it. The usual playstation intro thing showed up (as it does with any other game you put in) but after that, nothing came up. We made sure all the connections were correctly plugged and we turned it off, took the game out and tried again. This time, everything went good until we chose a song we wanted to play. Again, nothing happened, the screen went black. There was also this clicking noise that sounded like it was coming from inside the PS2. We tried other games and they were working perfectly. Nothing froze up like the Guitar Hero game did and nothing shut down or shut off. There are, however, two extremely tiny scratches on the back of the disc but those have been there since we got it (we're borrowing it). I know we play it a LOT but could you really play a game TOO much to where it stops working?

No, you can never play a game so much. That would suck. A lot of my games would be broken.

I'm not sure how to fix your problem, though. I'm sorry.
