GTA V Digital Upgrade from PS3 to PS4?

I was wondering that if I bought GTA V for the PS3, can I upgrade GTA V to my ps4 for like $10 bucks or so? Like Minecraft and Advanced Warfare. I have it for my PS3 in Digtial Download, but can I transfer the game for a small charge? Or I have to waste $60 on GTA V for the PS4???

There's no digital upgrade for GTA V. Those promotions are up to the game's publisher, and Rockstar knows that we'd pay the $60 so there's no point in only charging $10. If you think you're wasting $60, then don't buy it or wait for it to go on sale.

Yes, they said something about how you can carry over your data to the next gen console. But you'll still have to buy the game for the PS4.
