i might get a ps3, but not the keyboard and mouse just yet. Is it still easy to use the internet using just the controllers?

You don't need a mouse, I find using the controller is better than a mouse.
If you plan to type a lot, on forums, and to text chat with PSN friends, then I highly recommend a keyboard. But not that little keypad that attaches to the controller, that's pretty useless, lol.
You can buy a more expensive Bluetooth keyboard, but, you have to put batteries in them, and I found them not to be very well made.
I use a cheap £10 usb keyboard, the wire on them is a bit short, but I got a usb extension lead from play.com for about £1.50, which works perfectly, you don't need to spend any more than that:)

yeah, you are able to. you ought to use the L2/R2 buttons, to flick via open dwelling house windows, type utilising the pop up keyboard, circulate the cursor utilising the L3 stick, and all varieties of alternative controls. it particularly is not the perfect browser, in spite of the undeniable fact that it does maximum of what you desire it to do.

See, I always thought you would use beets for everything and now there's talk of "keyboards" and "mice"? What the hay, beets!? What the hay!?
Also, I'm in no way technology savvy so... I have no clue.
