Go to friends and click on the dark red icon. when u create it put me as yo friend. i am Nate10LHR

I think it was just part of the initial setup when I went to go online at the Playstation Store for the first time.

u go to the xbm cross bar and it is going to say sign up u click that and choose me as a best answer
