ok i heard that they are going to makeing a free open source bios for the ps2 emulator can any one get me a link to download this or at least a place to find more info on this

No such thing. Sony would never make playing PS2 games legal on anything but their own hardware.

you may play a number of them with an emulator. AND, the emulator isn't suitable. you may acquire various diverse emulators. in basic terms set up it on your computer and make confident your interest is on the 'properly suited' record.
